ToLATA Mediation – The Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.
Property Ownerships Disputes- A claim under ToLATA can be far reaching in respect of who can make a claim, but most cases tend to be related to separated cohabiting couples cannot agree on who owns what share.
Fees– including pre reading & preparation -100pages. full day 10 am to 4.30pm, overtime charged at £100 per hour- split between participants
In person – £1,100 -£1,500 per day (costs split between the participants)
Half day -£600-£800
Remote mediations attract a discount of 10%

Probate and estate disputes can be amongst the most emotive, difficult, and expensive cases to resolve. When dealing with the division of wealth, family dynamics will often combine with emotion, misunderstanding and legal complexities to create a wide variety of challenging situations and competing interests.
Fees for disputes over £50,000 & under £500,00
Full day £1,500 (split between the participants) 10-4.30pm
Half day – £800.
Fees for disputes over £500,000- £1,000,000
In Person full day £1,800- split between the participants
Half day £1,000 -split between the participants
Fees for estates over £2,000,000 available on request.
Remote mediations attract a discount of 10%

Based on 3 Separate Meetings on the same day

Up to 6 hours Total Mediation**
** All mediations have the facility to be extended past the allotted mediation time, with the agreement of both parties and the mediator, through our overtime rates and overtime agreement
